the staff was not particularly friendly at the entrance i asked for a receipt for the accommodation tax but they refused to provide it immediately this cash-only system left me without proof of payment at the time the rooms are small and it was difficult to open my luggage and access my belongings

the room was larger than many hotel rooms. it felt very homely with the beautiful wood furnishings. i liked having english channels on tv. i also found a cordless iron in the room which was very useful. the toiletries supplied were generous and smelled lovely. the proximity to the train station was very convenient.
during my stay, i observed that the staff at the entrance could be more cute. when i asked for a receipt for the accommodation tax, they initially refused. they said i would receive it upon departure, but paying in cash without immediate proof of payment felt less secure.

i found my standard king room very spacious. the bed was very comfortable. the hotel's location next to the train station made travel convenient. i greatly enjoyed the onsen after long days.
the breakfast lacked some variety . it could benefit from more options.

Our room was super clean, and housekeeping refreshed our amenities daily. Breakfast had delicious food with many options. The location was perfect, a short walk to the station, next to a park (perfect for a morning stroll!). The public bath was such a treat after exploring all day.
